Vinification

Soft pressure, then shortmaceration on the skins. The fermentation takes place at temperature of 15/16 °C

Aging

LakeSix months of aging in Slavonian oak big barrels.

Sensorial notes

Important white wine of a bright straw yellow colour with soft golden shades. Fruity flavour with citrus background and hints of almond.

Alcohol 13,0 % Vol.
Total Acidity 5,8 g/l.
Residual Sugar 21,0 g/l.

Food pairings

Ideal with appetizers and fish risotto, it also perfectly paired with first courses based on vegetables, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Serve at 8-10°C.
