Corvina Veronese 60%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 15%, Oseleta 5%.
Drying Process
Withering from mid-September for 30 days with natural weight decline of 60%. Scrupulous care and control of the integrity and health of the bunch in the drying loft.
Vinification
Soft pressing of the slightly dried grapes. Fermentation nd maceration with controlled temperature.
Wine aging
One year in Slavonian oak big barrels.
Sensorial notes
Intense ruby red colour with violet edge.
Spicy bouquet with aromas of cherry and bitter almond.
Dry, full, rich flavour in the mouth with a very pleasant bitter aftertaste.

Alcohol 14% Vol.
Total Acidity totale 5,7 g/l.
Residual Sugar 6,2 g/l.
Dry Extract 30 g/l.
Food pairings
Traditionally served with important Risotto such as “mushrooms risotto”, “pumpkin risotto”. Perfect also with roasted meat, small game and grilled meat.
Serve at 17- 18 °C.
